Betty the 50 yr old not Bridget Jones
Betty has been wondering how her book will be placed in the market. What is it similar too ? Absolutely effing nothing.. nobody has lived Betty’s life, so it’s unique. Somebody (we’re not sure which Betty) thought it may be similar to Bridget Jones, but Bridget is so needy and looking for a man, where as Betty doesn’t need anyone, and she’s been trying to avoid men for years.
But the style is similar. It’s a very good film by a very good writer by the way.
