Betty has never known what a gif was. Don’t forget Betty is 50, and all of the other Betty’s were too young to remember a time before Tinternet.
Writing this book has been a steep learning curve for Betty, the writing is the easy bit, but the hard work is the internet, it’s huge, you get lost all of the time, you never know where you are from one minute to the next, you have to keep phoning people for help (sorry kids).
It’s a minefield, but this old dog has learned quite a few tricks over the last few weeks.
She’s still not quite sure what a gif is, but google had the answer.
